Design Researchers and Strategists
We are seeking talented and passionate professionals to work in our high-energy environment. You will work on a wide variety of interaction and interface programs in collaboration with our extremely talented and diverse research, strategy, and design teams.
The Ideal Candidate Will Also Meet or Exceed the Following Criteria:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree a plus
Experience as a design researcher, strategist, or market researcher
Project management experience preferred
Experience in conducting primary research, both through direct observation and via interviews
Agency/consulting background a plus
Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications:
Clear passion for research, strategy, innovation, and design
Passion for empathetic design based on understanding emotional connections with consumers
Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills (Fluency in English required)
Confident presentation style: must be comfortable standing in front of C and VP-level executives, pitching new opportunities and presenting project deliverables
Outstanding problem solving skills and innovative thinker able to work well with minimal direction, and direct the work of others while working within company goals, guidelines, and parameters
Ability to think through complex analysis problem in a methodical and repeatable way
Able to communicate complicated concepts clearly and concisely, in writing as well as visually
Must be prepared to travel domestically and internationally, as needed, to conduct research programs and make client presentations; frequency of travel is highly variable
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (PowerPoint black belts preferred)
